Default opinions on magnaflow?

I'm on a tight budget being in school, and my muffler has rusty holes in it about to fall apart but the piping is still in great condition. I found this decent muffler with tips on ebay. Looks a hell of a lot better than my stock muffler, and I was wondering if anyone else ran this muffler? I can weld it fast in school and The price is great. My 02 ws6 is completely stock otherwise. opinions please!
thanks

I haven't had a Magnaflow on an F-body, but on other vehicles they make a good product, and I wouldn't have any reservations about getting another one.

They have a nice mellow tone. I specifically got Magnaflow for my present F-Body and would get the same for the next one. And the one after that...etc.
Also if you have the stock air lid replace it. That LS1 needs to Breathe man!

Yes sir, Still have the stock breather on there! Bought it untouched from an elder, 72 years old. I will order one of those soon enough. I don't drive it often at the moment with this 0 degree weather, but the muffler is in pretty shitty shape, but thanks for opinions, I will most likely go through with this ^ it seems like a good price?

I would recommend Magnaflow to everyone. I originally had a Flowmaster (when I bought the car) and hated the drone in the cabin at highway speeds - changed to Magnaflow and I love the sound and no drone at all.
