Default newbe questions?

3 months into my "new" 2002 WS6 vert. 63K miles all original car.

I am wanting to keep the car mostly "stock" will not be racing it, Just a weekend cruiser.

Looks like the fuel pump is getting weak. If the racetronx kit the way to go?

recommendations on shocks? looking for ride quality, and lower price?

Will have lots of questions

What makes you think the fuel pump is weak?

Have you observed the fuel pump pressure at WOT or any other range?

I ask these questions because it is possible you have something else going on here.

Yes, the Racetronix is a nice unit to swap to-if your problem is a bad fuel pump. As advised, check pressure while getting into it throughout the RPM band.

If you mean "soft ride" when you say ride quality, look for the standard GM shocks, not the WS6 or Bilstein HD shocks. Monroe, Garbiel, etc.

Agreed. I have KYB's up front and Bilstein's in the rear on my 95 Formula. It definitely handles like it is on rails now, and is a lot more stiff than the original shocks.

I went with the Gabriel up front, and Moog springs and Monroe shocks for the back...Mine was lowered when I bought it and the ride sucked! Much better now back to stock ride height and feel
