Default Help with Strano shock and spring install

Finally got around to installing my Strano springs and shocks. The rears went in fine, but when doing the fronts the bolt that holds the shock to the strut mount seized. After some research on the forum, it looks like this is a common problem. I am going to purchase new strut mounts to replace the old. Is there anything else I need to replace in between the strut mount and shock? I can't see in between the two.

The Shock mount should be the only thing you need to replace.

Aside from the strut mount I won't need a coil spring seat or strut bearing plate insulator?

That's the thing. The bolt is seized to the top of the shock and all corroded so I'm replacing the whole strut mount and am unsure as to what is all above the top of the shock and below the strut mount. I won't be reusing any or he original OEM stuff. Installing new shocks and springs. Wish Strano would answer his phone so I could ask him directly

So are you giving up on the stock assembly, or are you going to cut it apart for the isolator and spring seat ? you need seats, isolators, and mounts wherever they come from...
