Well, what's done to the car in it's current state? Also do you have any goals for the car? Just a street monster, drag car, or autocross?

So far all I have is a 3"magna flow exhaust
And I would like a mean street car 👍🏼 that could lay down some power if needed to

I was thinking of a head/cam swap, bbk intake manifold, new fuel rails/ injectors, long tubes to go with my magna flow and possibly getting all my sensors and pullys replaced while I'm at it.. Is that possible with what I have to spend?

Heads, cam, and long tubes for sure. Then I would look at getting a Torque converter, ie. Yank SS3200, SS3600 for your 4L60e trans. I would probably upgrade your transmission while it's out. Either have one built and send yours in as a core or just have yours upgraded.

Heads, Cam, Long tubes if you buy parts and have them installed = $2200-2500 dependent on brand you choose.

Built trans and Stall = $3000 Trans cooler $50

Tune= $550

Right there you'll be close to 450hp at the tire for about $5500

From there the easiest answer would be 100hp shot of nitrous.

I've done what I've listed previously with my car. I was as 456hp at the tire. Then I put 150 shot of nitrous on it but ran out of fuel pump. So sold nitrous stuff, built an iron block and ProCharger slapped that in. Blew up my built trans so out it cam for an even more expensive built transmission and that's were I currently sit, just shy of 700hp at the tire.

Keep in mind you'll have little things here and there that will need to upgrade or will fail at a high hp. Rear-end it a big thing. Also, when I did my build I purchased heads, cam, and intake from the classified section on here. Saved me some coin doing so.

Like others have said, H/C/I can get you to some good power. While you have the money I would go ahead and upgrade the rear as well. A converter will make a huge difference too. I have a 2000 WS6 A4 and I'm probably where you want to be power-wise. I have H/C/I, 12 bolt rear, LT's, 3600 stall, etc. Just keep in mind that you won't see 450 on a dyno through your A4. Mine makes 391 to the wheels (unlocked) but with the 1/4 time I run it would be closer to 440-450 with a 6 speed.

I would also suggest picking up a cheap daily, you probably won't want to DD it every single day after you do all the work, I know I don't want to lol

Yeah, that's what I'm in the process of doing lol. The kids will be out of school soon to so I can drive the mini van if I need to for a while lol.
So what about the slp package??
LP Performance Cylinder Head/Manifold and Camshaft Package SLP/LS3 Drive by Wire 64cc
Is this any good??
So I'm going to assume between h/c/I headers, trans upgrade and 12 bolt I'll be around 9-10k to have a shop do the work for me? I'd love to do it myself but I work swing shift and way to many hours XD

I will argue that you can make 450+ at the tire. I have done it with my car. Speed Engineering has some nice headers that are SS and a Y-pipe to go with it. I'm using Pacesetters 1 3/4" on my car. If I had it to do over I would go 1 7/8" and be done with it. The guys over at Texas Speed have some really nice heads that won't break the bank I would talk to them about what head/cam/intake package to go with. I have a MWC rear-end that Erik built for me. If you have one built for your fbody it will be a direct swap and swapping the rear-ends is cake in the garage. It will save you some money too.

You made over 450 to the wheels NA on a stock bottom end through an A4? I would love to see that dyno sheet.

Use the search function, there's been quite a few of people to do it.

Just my opinion but in a auto I would rock the 10 bolt until the end.

Are you still with a built 4l60e or did you go the 80e route with your current setup?

Currently running FLT Level 6 4L65E. Only thing different from the Level 7 is 300M Billet input shaft. I had blown up a FLT Level 4 that was built back in 2008 just because it didn't like 13lbs of boost.

I want it to sound something like this, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=oABsH4H6cMU
Will I be able to achieve that if I get a bigger cam and port my stock heads?

Sorry for the late reply, I've been searching for the slip, I posted it up here to get my 12 Sec Club banner some time ago. It was before my current engine/trans combo. I think it was 12.2 in the quarter with a 123mph. Really crappy 60 ft time.

I'll keep looking.
