fog lights in 98 TA

fog lights in 98 TA trying to put in strobe lights in the fog lights but do not know how to get them out!? you cant find them from underneath the car and theres only an adjustment screw on the front. how the hell do you get them out??

ok...you get to them from underneath...but when i unbolt the lights i still cant pull them through b/c there is a bracket on the back. does the bracket just snap off or is there a different way??

just for show...i didnt want to have the headlights up all the time so i put them in the fogs so i can have them on at anytime. but i figured out how to get them out...theres 2 pins then they just slide forward...guess i couldnt see them at first?!
