Yeah, the boom can go either way, especially if you don't know how to read plugs or pull timing.

The LS1 at least has been known to be a bit more stout than the average when taking nitrous. Personally I don't use it because of the above 2 reasons, and I know myself id be spraying all the time with random encounters and have to refill often. FI is my poison as of late.

To get 400 to the rear wheels this is what I did in order over time.
Flowmaster cat back
Slp lid
Ls6 intake
Ported throttle body
Long tube headers
ORY pipe
Tick SNS stage 3 cam
Maf delete and speed denisty tuned.
395hp and 380tq on the dyno. 1998 Formula M6
The whole WS6 term get's thrown around way too much. Bottom line it is a LS1
WS6 is just wheels, tires, suspension, exhaust, and air intake.
Almost everyone changes the exhaust, intake, tires and wheels later on anyway.
My Formula came with the suspension and 16" wheels. Personally I could care
less about the rest.

If I ever get a cam, it would probably be a SNS stage 3 as well. Another guy here posted a dyno with 243 heads and sns stage 3 cam and got +400rwhp. Is your car a street car?

Yes, my car is a street car. Just not on the street much when it rains or winter time. I also run a set of Nitto Drag Radials all the time. I got 60,000 miles on my car and average about 7,500 miles a year on it.
