98 t/a dash went out wont start While driving headlights came up dah start going crazy door windows stop working. After stopping and turning off will not start no lights on dash not even trying to crank over. Could this be the BCM first ls car got for grandson drove fine for a month then this trying to figure out where to start see a lot about BCM problems

OK checked fuses dash fuse blown replaced dash came on car started but when I turned off fuse blew again. No power to 15amp stater fus under hood. Starter relay only has power at position 87
