The CETA will always be a niche vehicle, let's face it, they weren't particularly well received when new, and didn't exactly fly off the lots. Plus, no car is a good investment (except for certain Porsches, most Ferraris, and Ford GTs). So I would suggest mod your CETA to your taste, and drive it as often as you want. If you set out worrying about what the car (or any car, for that matter) will be worth in years/decades, that will take away some of the enjoyment of owning it. My Firehawk has 158,000 km on it, and the other day a fellow offered me significantly more than what I paid for it 16 years ago. The advice to "keep it under 60K km" is nonsense. Just drive it!
