Default Egr valve questions

All right first off my name is neil and i am new to this group
secondly i would like to say thanks in advance for everyone knowledge pertaining to this topic. I am currently working on a 383 lt1 93 firebird formula build. I will be going with forced induction/supercharger. I haven't decided on which one to go with yet,but i'm leaning towards pro charger.my question is should i eliminate the egr valve system because of the supercharger. Now if i do, how do i tune it out seeing is my car is a obd1 gen which uses a chip in the pcm. I am looking to achieve to 500/600 rwhp range.secondly what intake manifold should i upgrade to if i go with the pro charger supercharger. Also does anyone knows of a trust worthy dyno who specializes with lt1 i don't care where they are located because i have read to many stories where someones car has been destroyed from lack of knowledge/shop error.i know these are alot of questions i figure i just put it all out there not trying to waste anyones time thanks again.

Welcome to the site!

I'll let others chime in on opinions, but you might also check out this forum on the site: https://ls1tech.com/forums/lt1-lt4-modifications-31/ I believe many of your questions will already be answered there.

Most performance mods will require a tune anyway. There are "mail order" tuners that will burn a chip to your specs, but with FI you will probably want to have your car dyno-tuned locally.
