Was wondering what it takes to swap a 94 110 mph speedo cluster out and install 97 150 mph. Plug and play or splicing wiring etc.??

In 1997 GM changed the cluster completely to digital odometer display, and ODB2 standards.

It will not be plug and play, but I'm sure you can get it to work with tips from others who are familiar with the schematics of the 2 model years.

Well had a guy tell me he swapped one into a 95 and it was plug and play. 93 is the only year that's different with the OBD2 right?

1995 is an odd duck. It has an OBDII style connector, but it's still an OBDI car. What works for a 95 may not work for a 93 or 94. Get a wiring diagram for the 94 Instrument Cluster and the 97 Instrument cluster and compare the pinouts.

Well come across a guy who swapped the same I want, out of a 94 and put in 97. He said it was a direct swap plug and play. He only had to have the mileage notorized and have his mileage progrmmed into the digital one. Hope this is true and is as easy as explained.
