For your steering column you need to replace the pivot pins. Most likely you'll need the oversized pins. I've rebuilt a few of the Saginaw columns and it's a bit tricky if you don't have much experience. You'll need a few special tools too. If the spare column is tight it's actually easier to just swap it in and then bypass vats.
