Default Question about LS1 to LQ9 swap in a 2000 Ws6

I知 getting ready to swap my blown LS1, piston through block, for a LQ9 6.0. I was wondering if my computer and wiring harness will work with the motor? I know it will need reprogrammed after the install. Also I知 looking to do it on a budget and would like to just get the car running right now and later on do more HP. Should I keep the factory cam in the 6.0 or at least swap it out? This will be my first time attempting this and any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Default

The ecu will need to be tuned for a 6.0L. Everything else will work. Don't know how it will run with a 5.7 tune.
