Pop up Problem....

Pop up Problem.... Ok, when i opened my garage today i heard a pop pop pop pop sound....
After a while i heard that it came from my pop ups....i took
the negative cable of the battery for a while....it came back when I put it back on...
Also my popups open when i turn the switch to park lamps, and then
the pop sounds go away??? And they have a big prob closing...takes like 20 sec...this problem is on both sides...!!!
Is this the Usual Headlight motor problem???

I was about to suggest installing google's toobar because it has a pop-up blocker.....but then i realized that you are talking about your headlights. 
Glad to hear you fixed it. What was the cure? Was it the gears?
