Default Trying to find LS6 bullseye

I have a 2001 WS6 and I know that a few of these cars (25%) came with the LS6 block. I saw on these forums that you can tell from a bullseye above the water pump on the block as to if you have an LS6 or LS1. If there is no bullseye will there just be a little blank circle? And am I correct that a bullseye indicates LS6? Can you tell from the VIN as well? Thanks

P.S. If anyone has a pic or a diagram, that would be great.
