Volant vs. mice I loose
 

When we purchased my WS6 it had a Volant cool air intake on it. Well after taking it out of storage this winter we discovered a mouse had filled the filter with stuff and in doing some research it has the camaro and not the firebird on it. We want to put it back to the factory (which I got with the car), but can not figure out exactly how it goes back on with the computer connections. When the mouse got in it pushed down the top where the filter clamps on so if I was to keep the Volant I would not only need a new filter, but a new mid-piece as well. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

The only connection on the volant would be for the IAT sensor. If you wanted to get a lid you could find someone parting out thier car or maybe just getting rid of the air box on the car so you can have the bottom piece to put an air filter in. Hope this answer your question a little bit.
