Default Wiring Schematics

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anybody has any info on where I can get wiring schematics for dash and engine harnesses on 93-02 Firebird and T/A. I need all the pinouts for the gauges, sensors and everything. Thanks.

Your best bet would be to just buy the GM service manual set, either from the publisher ( http://www.helminc.com/ ) or get used copies from eBay.

There's a few of the diagrams here: https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-swaps/290602-interior-wiring-diagram.html
But as it says in that thread, there's more than 70 pages of diagrams in the manuals.

And things are not all the same across all the years of 1993-2002, either

Various LT1 (1993-1997 V8) wiring diagrams: http://shbox.com/1/schematics_wiring.html

Thanks, I figured I would need the service manuals. I'll try ebay first, don't really wanna spend $135 for each year from helm.

Oh, you actually are needing each of the 4th-gen years? I had assumed you just needed info for your particular car and were asking about all 93-02 from thinking they were similar enough to be interchanged. Working on some kind of special project?

If you want them all, probably the most cost-effective thing to do would be to get the set of CDs that contains all the GM manuals going back quite a few years. Somewhere around $200-250 for the CDs from Helm, or maybe get it cheaper on eBay.

Does the haynes have more info than the chilton's manual? I have a chilton manual for 93-98 f-body but it doesn't have the info i need. Actually i don't need 93-02, i just need 97-02. I have several f-body projects going on but the main one is a 97 3.8 bird getting a 2002 front end and an ls1. I want to retain all the factory gauges on my projects so I'm going to graft the harnesses. I also have a few custom things I'm working on.

Haynes and Chilton's have actually been merged into the same company now iirc, and they've always been about the same level of quality and detail - i.e., not a lot

For that kind of complex stuff you're working on, I'd be surprised if anything but Helm's manuals have everything you need Check out the CD option too.
