So they totaled it... now time for a new one
They ended up totaling my car and I lost about 500$ not as bad as I thought I would lose - for only having owned it for like 5 months. Now it's time for a new one, im in the process of buying a condo and am going to get about 10,000 back..
Now here's my dilema.
I found one for sale a 1999 trans am with 93k miles for 4500
I figured I could buy it and just do a complete tune up - worth it? Or should I just spend the 10k and buy one w/ under 60k miles? Im mostly for reliability and won't do many mods except for a electric cutout and maybe a lid or something small..
Thanks guys!

If you want a high mile car as a project. I would do like I did and just wait until the right car finds you. Cruising down the road I saw a car nearly identical to mine except it had the WS6 package, no traction control, and fewer miles for just a little more than the one I totalled at a Pontiac dealership. The lot was closed but I bought it the next morning.
