Our headlights, sealed beams?

Our headlights, sealed beams? Being my car is blue I would like to get some blue headlight and fog light action. Do they make replacement lamps for our cars or is it just the whole light. If it is the whole light are there any options? I drive a NBM Formula and would like the headlights and the outer white foglights to have the blue tint also.
