Default LT1 vette valve covers on an f-body

I've always had my eyes on them. flat black with the chrome inserts look awesome. any idea where to find them? non on ebay... would they even fit on an f-body?

I love them and have been trying to talk my friend out of his >_< I would ditch the chrome accents though, yeesh!

You need to shave down part of the alternator, otherwise it'll hit. F-Body VCs are 'dented' where the alternator goes, and Vettes have a different accessory bracket so it doesn't need that done. I'm curious why everyone calls them LT4 Composite, when my friend's Vette is a 94 with them >_> The guy he got it from, I really really doubt would've changed them. He was a "leave it original" kind of guy.
