Great deal on a harrop truetrac

Hey guys,

I have a Harrop Truetrac for the G8 that we ordered in by mistake.
Instead of sending it back to Australia I'll try and unload it on the forums.

First $825. gets it shipped to your door.

Thanks

This price is a GRRRR8 price. Its lower than the group buy price. This
works flawlessly in my G8 diff.

I am guessing this is 32 spline? Would this require different axles?

The reviews on it look good from the Aussies.

Yes, 32 splines same as stock. It uses the stock axles our our race axles.

The truetracs are some great posi units.

Thanks
Chris

Don't you have one? Someone on here posted about getting one I believe

How long do you guys think it would take to install??

It sounds like a very interesting deal.

Would take probably about 2-3 hours to install at a shop.

I've sold several and havent had any complaints, everyone seems to like them.

Thanks
Chris

To install what ???? RPM had my car three days to install the truetrac and the hd chromoly axles. But my car spent most of that time sitting on their lift because we were waiting for the carrier bearings to be delivered.

John has a camaro diff....this truetrac only fits in a G8 diff.

Stupid question...

what are the benefits of this vs stock??

The clutches on the stock lsd are weak and eventually fail when pushed hard.
Then you get peg leg burnouts with DRs at the track. With the truetrac both wheels spin every time and its almost impossible to break.
