Default Shes clean! New fender and GXP bumper!

I had to replace my fender due to a snowstorm altercation, figured I would grab a GXP bumper while it was apart.

I'm still missing the lower piece on the bumper that is on national backorder but it certainly looks better then my haggard GT bumper (it was beat).

Thanks to Dave (Drugs) for getting these painted!

I am surprised no one said anything about the deleted badge yet. It is the way to go on these cars.

Thanks, lol you know it! Stripped down daily driven drag car with 4 seats, a/c, subwoofer, roll bar, child seat, nitrous bottle, etc. Even a spare tire and jack! haha I wish there was a way to strip a noticeable amount of weight off of them.

Indeed! Love the shaved badges.

The painted moldings around the grill are also awesome. Mebbe you can get some of those black trim pieces for the doors to complete the look but JHP wants an arm+leg for them.

Sorry to hijack but has anyone tried any foglamp bulbs that do more than a night light?

Thanks, I previously had the grill surround painted body color. But I think with the GXP bumper it looks better black like the other moldings.

Good luck on the fogs, haha. I think someone tried Putco bulbs or the low powered HID's but not sure they did much.

Looks Great! Where did you score the bumper from and how much?

Looks good.

If I ever need a new fender I'll probably snag a pair of HSV front fenders from Down Under to improve the looks.

I thought about it and looked into it... but for $2k I can think of many better uses of money then some hacked up fenders. Once I looked and saw all they did was cut an OEM fender and stick some crap on it changed my mind. Plus I think it would look weird without the whole front end done, which is like $5k.
