Mine weighs 4140lbs with a 1/4 tank and me in it.

Going to try and get mine on the scales i just got to find some first. I bet mine is heavy after all i have added a good bit of weight. 50-75lbs of dynomat and 100-150 lbs stereo. thats subs box amp amp rack and floor together so. if anything i'll have good traction

Go to a truck stop with a cerified scale. Ive been doing that for years.

I can't believe my cage weighs more than all the **** I took out. I think I need to find another scale.

If you use cerified CAT scales they do not.

Yep. If you can't find a CAT scale you can always go to a grain elevator or local landfill. They'll usually tell you your weight verbally for free. If you need a weight slip you'll get charged.

There's one down the road from me I always weighed my various street/strip cars at. I may go take the ole ladies bone stock G8 there to see how much that pig really is.

Cage does add some weight as does the other safety stuff, rear end, etc.. I was almost down to what Edmanets weighs before I added the cage and related crap to make it legal. I took out some stuff to try and make up for it but plastic doesnt weigh as much as metal tubes.

Did you do the cromoly cage or mild steel?
