If anyone knows the history of Pontiac when John Delorean was manager, you'd know that it was his desire to create a world class car. That is why he came up with the idea of the GTO; to compete on a world class level. Aside from my classic styling bias, I think that level has been achieved with this modern interpretation of the GTO.
