not completely legal cage(back legs too low on main hoop)and it is a little low near elbows to shoulders but i wanted that way so my elbows wouldn't hit too much while tossing the car around sometimes, but will get me by...
450.00 bucks parts and labor...local guy did the work...i will reset the back legs higher on the hoop later...

those welds go all the way around...
with your crooked eyes i am surprised you are a die maker(and working the tool shed at a production shop sharpening bits for the real machinists doesn't count for much, junior)
of course your just polishing their tools with your mouth anyhow, tool maker homo...
your car has only shown what wasting time and money does, plus you were called out before and crawfished out with excuses...
you quote specs and safety but were willing to spray enough nitrous to crack the block on that abomination that was a nice gto back when you were first called out to a track by people who are already faster than you will ever be...
potentially causing at least a major oil down and at best a fuel fire(more likely)none of which you or your experience would be able to control...
willing to talk nonsense cloaked in practical knowledge, leads me to understand you as a fellow who is not long for this world...

To address your cage question I found a local fabricator to do mine and made the door bars removable instead of swingouts so I could still drive it on the street in comfort. I also don't have much sticking up out of the floorat the front to get in the way when the bars are not in. I do not have a rear seat I added A rear seat delete kit, but it was put in in such a way that my rear seats fit fine with the cage in the car... Was worth the money to have it built the way I wanted it. If you follow this link http://lsxgoat.com/ it shows some of mine I have more pictures of the back just now with me right now P/M me if you want them...

Find a fabricator that understands the nhra rule book and have him give you a price for a custom install. I had my 8-point rollbar done a few years ago in chrome moly and swingouts, fits perfect and well worth the price for a custom install. I leave the door bars out when driving on the streets and bolt them in at the track. Fits tight against the roof and along the door panels. You get what you pay for.

You can see that the thing is welded all the way around. It's just the angle. I had to look at it a couple times myself. The weld disappears under the other run of pipe. As for RCfast whatever your name is...everytime you make a post, you advertise your smurfing car, built with money you ripped off of other members over on LS1GTO.com...
Look him up guys.....
