hey guys new to the site and have a question just bought a 06 gto and have installed new headlights with HIDs and they flicker and pass. side turns off randomly i have put in code eliminators and wonder if i should still disable the DRLs or will the code el.fix the problem THANKS

Codes? I have HID in my fog and low beams, I have an 04 so maybe thats the difference.

disable your drl's. also check you bulb might be going bad or ballast

No idea what code eliminators are, but you need to pul your DRL relay. The wattage is not enough and it can ruin your bulb/ballast. A flicker is usually an indication of a ballast problem so see if you can swap them if the DRL doesn't do the trick.

What wattage are the HID's? You might need to boost the voltage to the ballasts via a relay. There are wiring harnessesavailable that are plug-n-play.
