Default Going to Australia...

So I always wanted to get a GTO, but ended up with a Cts-v because of a good deal that I couldnt pass up. Anyways, I always like the Holden parts on the GTO and since Im going to Australia, I wondered what the demand was for Holden conversions here in the US?

Should I buy Holden accessories? Or are there replicate parts out there made in the US for cheap?

I'd be interested in the gas tank setup of pre '05 Monaro's. Love to get it under the car where it belongs and open up the space in the trunk.

You can make a custom tank setup probably cheaper than buying one there and getting it over. However the front end would sell better than anything.

I've got family downunder that could get me nearly any Holden part I want. Back in 06when the money exchange rate between the US vs AUD was in our favor I seriously considered locating some use HSV parts to ship. The rate now is about even money so no real advantage there!

Your biggest challenge besides the high cost of shipping such large items back to the states without any issues is dealing with US customs.
