Default Will i need a TB adapter...

Installing a fast 102 and a NW 92 on the goat.. will i need a TB adapter or not? It seems to mount together just fine to me.

Nope.

My stock 90mm is bolted up to my 102 just fine

is the are flush when the TB and inake meet? heard if theres a gap or height difference it could cause some issues with tuning

No gap or anything.

Obviously the TB (90) is going to be smaller than the intake opening (102) but my tuner didnt have any issues with mine and it drives fine perfectly normal

well i went and attached the 92mm to the fast 102 and this is what i got:



could i maybe use RTV sealer around the bottom portion of the TB?

Hmm, cant comment on the RTV, however I will say this, when you have it tuned make sure you look at the MAP section of the tune while on the dyno or on the street. I did a NW 102 and FAST 102 and it exceeded my map sensor capabilities so I had to extend those out some so i wouldn't go into safe mode. If the map sees too much air coming in it will hit safe mode thinking there is a runaway TB.

Are you sure you don't mean MAF? A MAP sensor's top limit is atmospheric pressure and goes down from there. You can't exceed its limit on a non-forced induction engine.

im running a ls2 maf right now, but will get a ls3 one sometime in the next few weeks. just hope the ls2 maf will work for now.
