Are you planning on putting a strait axle under your GTO? I just did and can tell you it was a pain in the ***...haven't driven the car yet, but should hook a LOT better and hit harder with the 4.56:1 rear gears I went with

Yeah like my dad said put a whole rear end in the back instead of those half shafts. Its a pain in the *** to install them? I am afraid to break my half shafts I want stronger rear end. Also you think I would need more gear, I got 3:73 gear, maybe go with 4:56:1? I do not know much about the rear.
