Default 04 Severe Steering Shimmy

I've had a slight shimmy for a couple years when I brake and a slight "delay" when I turned the wheel. While I was driving down the highway I turned my wheel to make a turn and the wheels didn't start turning until I had turned the steering wheel over 90 degrees. It does this both to the left and right. I jacked up the car and had a friend turn the wheel and I hear what sounds like the it was squirting fluid inside the rack and pinion. Is there a bleeder port on it? I cant see one. Or is the assy. just done? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Check your front radius rod bushings and tie rods.

Strut top bushings, radius rod bushings, and tie rods. Check, and better yet, replace them all.
