About to order my cam...Torquer v3 with PRC .650"springs, 7.400" rod length. Car has longtubes, no cats, intake, tune. Anything else i should look at before purchase? Thanks.

Trunion kit is always a great idea. Not required, but its a great time to replace your water pump. The stock pumps have a high early failure rate. NAPA is a good source for a reliable replacement. Also, maybe a UDP if you are feeling feisty.

are udp's really worth the money? Ive read they can cause failures?

if youre adding a cam then id get them too.


with an auto your idle will need to be raised to keep charging in a safe range otherwise theres no need for concern.

No failures from a udp. 5 to 7 HP gain on a dyno.

i just went ahead and bought 1, cam goes in next wednesday. the wait is gunna suck lol
