I just bought an 04 goat, and a lot of it is not bone stock and some of it throws me off. For starters it has aftermarket wheels and tires as well as a kick *** audio system, not surprising to find those things, but it also has the 05-06 hood with scoops, again not terribly hard to believe. But then it also has what appears to be a proper 05-06 rear bumper conversion with true duels, which really makes me curious. I'm not sure if this is a rare model car or if a previous owner dumped a ton of money into it, any thoughts are appreciated

Welcome. Those are typical modifications for an 04. Guys also tend to upgrade to 05-06 brakes.

Previous owner dumped money. Enjoy if it is well maintained. That is all that matters.

That's normal everyone wants the look of the split exhaust and hood scoops

Everyone? I disliked the rear valance and fake hood scoops. The good looking dual outlets were made by Banshee not GM.
