Default Cold Case Radiator

I'm in the middle of a heads-cam swap and of course things have spiraled out of control. Besides those things I've added heavier push rods, ATI under-drive, Yella Terra rockers, radiator and a bunch of other parts and supplies.

I hate to take stuff off and not replace any weak link then. Anyways I ordered the Cold Case radiator mostly because it was the only one I've seen that was all aluminum AND has the same dimensions as the stock radiator. It didn't hurt it was also the cheapest although that wasn't the main consideration. It looks like a really nice piece.

I only had a bit of a problem in that the top passenger-side fan shroud tab was about 1/8" out too far. I filed a little slot in it where I needed clearance in about 5 minutes. Everything else matched up perfectly and it will be no problem with my OTRCAI. It will be another 9 months before I stress it but I don't have any reason to think it will not work as well or better than the stock one.

I had one for a couple of months in the summer and I wouldn't give you 10 cents for one. Terrible quality. I don't care about OTR filters so I got a thick radiator by a company that actually knows something about radiators.

People do both... I have a Mishimoto. Not a Ron Davis but I live in Texas and its never gotten too high. I also run 100% distilled and redline water wetter in the summer. That sh*t works good. Also use the Xair. I removed the rubber doughnuts from the bottom and use a thick gasket I had laying around and I cut down.
