Default help with valvetrain??

hey guys, i have an ls2 gto that im getting ready to do a cam swap on. planning to order the vrx5 cam in the next few days. ive been searching and cant find an exact answer on the springs setup. i know i need to run dual springs, but do i need to replace the valve seals and seats for the dual springs to clear? ive heard some people say the dual springs were hitting the stockers. just trying to figure this out now before i have my engine apart and im screwed waiting on parts. any help would be great

Yep, Replace the valve seals. The stockers will not work. The spring kit should come with spring locators (seats) unless you just ordered springs.

You can get a complete kit from Brian Tooley w/tool steel retainers for $229 or from Lunati for a little less money.
