so I bought the ebay rings and got them installed yestarday........I had no idea how poorly my car was riding until now. It feels so much smoother even below the speed I noticed the issue. Worth every bit of the 13 bucks and 30 minutes I spent installing them.

I've mounted several sets of wheels without the hub rings. You just have to be very monotonous about how you tighten the lug nuts. However having the rings on removes all doubt that they are seated correctly.

Anybody know the VMR VB3 hub ring size for the 04 GTO? I'm at work and this computer will not allow me access to various websites... Any help is much appreciated.

Thanx
Buzz

Sounds about right. I'd try to grab some billet ones.

Not to mention the rings help support the wheel. There is no way I'd ride on stock studs without a hub support. I've seen the stock studs snap. They are very soft. If one doesn't have hub support I'd for sure use ARP

Thanx Lark!

I have had billet hub rings on two other sets of rims Mike and they do make a difference over the plastic rings, they are just a PITA to remove without bending.

Thanx Lark!!!

Yeah Mike I agree, I have had two sets of billet rings on other rims. They are just a PITA to remove without damaging them.
