Default 04 GTO High Idle After Cam Install

Hello I am Dakota and a proud Ls owner, I am new on here and just wanted to get a good opinion on what my GTO's issue problem could be.
The car has a Lunati .599/.601 Cam, longtubes, exhaust and other bolt one. I recently got the Cam installed and when I start the car it will idle at 2000 Rpm till I pump the brakes about 4-5 times then it goes to normal and I can drive it around awhile. If it's anything over 30 minutes on a highway it will jump back up to 2k till I stop and pump the brakes again. Anyone know the issue. It has been tuned but not dyno tuned.

If the problem started with the cam install, then it's associated with that. Vacuum leak or more than likely a tune issue.

Even if it is a vacuum leak, it's still a tuning issue. Any competent tuner could diagnose a mechanical problem within reason. That size cam will require a knowledgeable tuner.

Cam duration @ .050 with the LSA give us a much better idea of what you have opposed to just lift.
