Default What's the best size heads

I have a ls2 in the goat with stage 2 comp cam long tube kooks and cold air i take what size heads should I buy for the best hp

it already had the springs and push rods and something else when i got the cam but i would like to get them ported and polished and all that good stuff

Trick Flow 245cc heads if you want the best.

You have a few options Biggdogg136. You can have your stock 243s ported and I can save you some cash by reusing your springs as long as they're low miles. I also have 2 separate TFS programs to choose from. 237cc and a 254cc program, and judging by the demand for a 245 it seems we'll have one soon.

How would TFS 235 work???

I am also debating between 243 stage 2.5, TFS 225 or TFS 235

TFS 235cc heads will work fine, but why not go with the 245's if you're going that route?
