Checked and replaced all relays,fuses,even the blower motor.And the control switches.All the other speeds work.

Check the resistance at the output of the resistor assembly as follows (I think it's the resister {4}):

Low Speed Resistance

2.8 ohms


Medium 1 Speed Resistance

1.5 ohms


Medium 2 Speed Resistance

0.6 ohms


High Speed Resistance

0 ohms

you probably blew the fuse in the engine compartment fuse block. check that.

i think it's the rear window defroster fuse, from the diagram. same thing happened to me once, and it took me a minute to figure it out.
