2004 gto bcm programming.

I’m just curios, is there any other way to program a new bcm and new key fob with out tech II? I know I can program the key fob manually but what about the bcm? Or can any other scanner/computer program it?

Thank You. But I believe that just programs a new key fob to the bcm. What about programming a new bcm to the Pim?

Going to need a tech II i know Matco and Snap on Scanners have allot of the functionality of a tech II but I am not sure they can do it. I tried to reset my airbag light with the Matco one and it wouldn't work.
