I noticed the LS2 came with Mobil-1 oil---is this true for all 05's ?? How about the 04's ? Also my 05 came with 04 owners manuel, dealer said new ones not printed yet. How about other 05 owners, what did you get? What is this about manditory First to Forth shift if certain things occur??? Anyone have a problem with this?

Do a search on CAGS or skipshift and you'll find more than enough info. Just an emissions/fuel savings feature they added so you don't get hit with the gas guzzler tax. You can do several things to remove it from a $.50 cent radio shack resistor, to a $20 plug in part, to custom tuning to completely remove it and the dash display.
