Default Can short people drive the Goat?

My wife is 4'10". I'm looking at getting an M6 GTO this week but I'm not sure if she's going to be able to reach the clutch to drive it. Anyone have a short wife or girlfriend who can comfortably drive the GTO?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

The beauty of the GTO is the telescopic steering column. Just push the steering wheel all the way in, and she should have plenty of room to hit the pedals.

I am pretty certain she should be able to drive it just fine.

However in any car a person that a person sits very close to the wheel you need to look at getting the airbag disabled. A doctor can give you the release needed for your insurance.

Hmm... she tried to pull the seat all the way forward and couldn't get the clutch down. Maybe I'll have to get a foam pad or something should she need to drive it. She told me that when I was at work some day she was going to try it out. (Note to self: hide keys.)

It's my car. No automatic. She may have to drive the car now and then so I wanted to know if she could. That's why I started the thread. Thanks for your input though.
