Intermittent throttle problem

Intermittent throttle problem Here are the codes I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on. P2122, P2128, P0036, P0054, P0056, P0060, P0499, P0622, P0650, P0654, U0622. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
