I have a 2001 silverado 1500 4.8/nv3500, built diff and custom exhaust thats it. I have a gen4 5.3 aluminuim fresh from the machine shop, king racing bearings, rings cut for boost. 862 heads fresh valve job, double springs(PRC) 228 600/600 tx sp camshaft. I am looking for advice on two things....im going to do e85. I need to know what pump and injectors... i have heard alot about the t56 swap. Seems easier than expected, t56 will be back in a week from rebuild. 4l60e silverado single cab drive shaft fits perfect? T56 uses nv3500 mount and mounts on stock nv3500 cross member? Obviously t56 pilot,slave, clutch etc. But something about the 4.8 nv3500 crankshaft stick a 1/2" further than regular crank snouts? Extend wirijg harness for trans modify hole in floor. Is it true you can remove the pin on the slave cylinder(ls1) and the truck clutch line is a direct fit?
