Default Steroids/appetite inducers

Anyone take steroid/testosterone supplements or appetite inducers on here? (and no not the illegal kind)

Im just about at the point of gonig to a doc and trying to get some. im about to be 21 and at 6 foot 3 and weighing a whopping 124lbs *** naked in the morning. ive done jsut about everything to attempt to gain weight to no avail. I've worked out, drank ensures and the whey protein among other things and still no results. I do have an unknown stomach problem with being nauseated quite often mostly in the mornings so it is rare that I can actually eat breakfast without getting sick soon after.

so anyone on any for weight gain? has it helped? any bad side effects?

id lay off marihuana. it lowers your testosterone levels which you need for gaining muscle.

eating breakfast is important. why hasnt your condition been diagnosed?

How many calories are you taking in daily? You need to stick to a plan. On a side note, 124 pounds??? Damn! I'm 6'3"-6'4"ish and 260 lol

gone to a few specialists been tested for everything from cycstic fibrosis to celiac disease. no tests have concluded whats wrong yet but I'm thinking its to do from when I was a child. I had an introsucception when I was 4 and had about a foot of intestines removed. ever since then ive had the nausea and cramps

honestly not sure of my calorie intake. I eat a good (healthy) lunch and breakfast and take those whey protein drinks/ensures and some little snacks

sorry to break it to ya bud, but NOTHING is going to help you gain weight unless you are able to eat like a mad man. Steroids, while being a dumb way to fix this problem, won't do **** unless you eat.

This^^^ Yep, Weed = Munchies and hunger..

Without the herb - Tainted - just start drinking protein shakes with milk not water in between meals with creatine. Drink two a day if you can and you will grow.. Pro comp shakes seem to work well..

Weed and 2 protein shakes a day with regular meals is a good start.. You'll be stacked in six months if you lift weights too on the side..

while you wont like it juice is the best appetite stimulant you can use.

as youre working out and growing youll need to eat to keep your muscles fueled.

but until you get your problem worked out its going to be tough.

let me tell ya I've wondered the same thing. Im gonna end up being the next pregnant man with my luck.

But I am doing the creatine/whey muscle milk things. just doesnt seem to be doing anything for me

Is your sister often nauseated from her lupis? I havent been tested for it before but I've sure lived in enough wooded areas to have been bitten by ticks and such.

Sell that **** to MTV - you'd have it made

On a more serious note, as you get older, hopefully your metabolism will slow down. I was always on the thinner side, but over the past couple of years, I've finally been able to put on weight. Granted, I haven't been as thin as you since I was a freshman in high school, but I started out around 6'4", 160 lbs and stayed between there and 175 for the longest time. I now weigh around 220 lbs, although people still think I look really thin. Sometimes you just can't win.

I was the same way in high school. I could eat around 4000 calories a day and not gain a pound. My metabolism has slowed down a bit and I've creeped up past 170. Personally, I'd like to stay around the 170 mark but have much less fat than I do. If all your concerned about is your weight, get yourself a Tivo and a few hundred bags of chips. If you want to put on muscle, you're going to need to eat like a ************ and work out a good bit. Try tracking your caloric intake for a week and then double it. And make sure you're eating healthy ****. Don't go doubling your caloric intake by getting Big Macs and Whoppers.

Also, weighing yourself daily isn't really necessary. Your weight will fluctuate by a pound or 3. Weigh yourself once a week and at the same time each week, like first thing every Monday or something like that. Make sure they're under the same conditions, like pre-breakfast or something.

Honestly i dont think those supplement drinks are going to be the key to you gaining weight. You are going to have to force yourself to eat tons of protein, and at your weight it wouldnt hurt to also eat a ton of carbs. Pasta, bread, bagels, fruits.
I'd say your going to have to be in the 6000+ Calorie a day zone to start putting weight on.
go to www.fitday.com, and register for a free nutrition tracker. It has a ton of built in foods that you just select, and select the amount and it will estimate your caloric intake each day.

The best way to build muscle mass is to go the gym and lift heavy weights. The heaviest you can go on Bench press, Squat, and Deadlifts, the more muscle you are going to build. Research a 5x5 lifting program. There is one at www.stronglifts.com that has a handy excel spread sheet that you can fill in your max effort weights, and it will caluclate out a program for you based around the Squat.

I've heard of guys also putting on alot of weight by drinking a gallon of whole milk per day. But i dont think you'd want to do that for more than 30 days, as that is alot of colesterol.

Go to those websites, and there might be some info on there that could help.
