2014 Silverado, 3.42 gears, tow package. Just has a Borla xr-1 for some mild rumble and drop shackles to level it out.

Every now and then she gets truck duty, I was probably pushing the limit here but she did just fine.

Here's my 2004 LLY ZF6 Silverado 2500. It's a very rare truck because it has the manual 6 speed transmission. It's got a 5" straight exhaust, FASS lift pump, and EFI live tunes. At the highest power setting it should have somewhere around 500 horsepower.

that is my dream truck right there!

I wish GM made more of those to compete with dodge (or RAM or what ever they are called now) which I believe still have the option of putting m6's in their 3/4+ ton diesel trucks

I think I have only seen one or two come up on my local CL in the past few years

Wow, I've only seen manuals in 01-02 Duramaxes, and those are rare. Never seen one in a 03 or newer.

After a year and a half of total stockness (a record for me, on anything I've ever owned) finally got some new shoes on the pick-em-up truck.

Thanks! And agree on the wheels. I recently sold it (didn't have enough time/$$ for 3 hotrods anymore), and picked this up:

I know they got nicer on the inside with the newer models but the body lines of the 03-05 extended cab are just my favorite body style for Chevy full size (probably part of why I like the Trailblazers so much). Maybe one day I will be able to afford an SS Silverado.

We needed a crewcab, and definitely appreciate the new interiors. The change in fuel mileage is welcome also!
