Default fluctuating temp gauge needle in 2011 camry?

Hello, I have 2011 camry with 2.5L 4 cylinders engine and automatic 5 speed transmission. the temp gauge is fluctuating between alittle over the 5th tic and alittle over the 4th tic, does that mean the temp gauge is getting worned out? or the water pump, thermostat or radiator hoses are getting worned out.

if the gauge is worning out, do you know how to fix it?

thanks for help.

Possible a sensor or sending unit is starting to go bad.
