Default Powerade vs Gatorade

Which one do you guys prefer? I don't lift weights but I do workout with my body weight and I also sweat alot some days at work. I'm personally a Powerade Grape flavor guy myself. I drink 2-3 daily.
Which flavor?
Which you find to be better for the body ?

Notice Powerade label says vitamin B... Gatorade on the other hand do not. That's not the only reason I prefer Powerade over Gatorade. The other reason is because Gatorade to me tastes like water no matter the flavor. Wal mart most of the time has Powerade for 80 cents but get there fast cause they sell fast.... really fast.

As long as it is citrus flavor (lemon-lime, citrus cooler, orange) I don't have a preference. Gatorade does have more sodium and less sugar in it though. It also uses a simple sugar (easier for body to break down) vs. Powerade's use of a glucose polymer. I pick up whichever one is on sale at the time. I also always drink 2 bottles of water for every Gatorade/PowerAde I drink. You'd be amazed at how much sugar you can take in from these drinks!

Interesting.... I can tell Gatorade has a higher water content which is why I probably don't like it. If I wanted water I'll buy bottle water.
On the other hand im sure both of them are healthier than drinking a coca cola, root beer, Dr.pepper,etc.....

I can tell the water flavor difference in the other flavors (grape and fruit punch especially. I can't really taste the difference in the citrus flavors.

Interesting.... the Lemonade flavored Powerade tastes exactly like regular lemonade. It doesn't have that sports drink taste like all the others I've tasted. Bad thing about that flavor that it seems harder to find in the stores.

Gatorade powder. Closest to the original formula from the 1960s. The liquid versions of Gatorade and Powerade have added ingredients which are not needed.

Ideal for those intense outdoor workout sessions or indoor spinning.

Gatorade for me, specifically orange or fruit punch, don't really venture too far from those lol

Gatorade. I've only found one flavor of powerade I like, mountain berry blast or something. The rest of it sucks.

The original green Powerade (black cherry) from the mid 2000s was my favorite. But now that it's gone there's no replacement for me. I do enjoy the Arctic Blitz flavor Gatorade though.

I don't work out but 60-90 hrs a week of manual labor in the warm months and I prefer Gatorade over Powerade because Powerade seems to give me heartburn like mad.

If you want an interesting flavor, get the cucumber-lime Gatorade, weird but good

If I must drink one I choose Gatorade in fruit punch but I rather drink water.

What's in the Powerade that can cause a heartburn? Interesting
