Default Best Bluetooth Speaker... JBL vs Sony vs ???

Who you guys think makes the best bluetooth speaker? Im after a good quality sound and some good hard pounding bass to boot. My budget is 500 dollars by the way. Im all ears on this one. Been looking into getting a JBL partybox or a Sony V71 unit. Thanks in advance.

I've got one of the smaller JBL units, no complaints with it.

JBL > Sony

JBL has blown Sony away when it comes to speakers for 72 + years.

Very happy with my JBL Bluetooth speaker

I have the JBL and my friend has the Bose. They both sound fantastic but the JBL definitely has better bass. I got my wife the extreme and wow that things sounds incredible. I see they have some even bigger units out now. The other thing is how long they will last battery wise. My JBL lasted longer than the Bose or Beets or another one I can't remember right now. The JBL in my shop at work not super load would last a ten hour day no sweat. I love using it to watch Tv or Videos on my tablet too. Almost like surround sound. LOl

Couldn't remember off the top of my head in my last post. I have the Charge 3 also. It really is pretty impressive how good it sounds even in a 40' x 40' shop.

I don't know about bluetooth specific speakers, but as far as speakers in general JBL is among the best there are IMHO. Always been happy with my JBL products. On the other hand Sony products have been hit or miss for me.
