FWIW, I did a couple hours of research on Rockauto, using the original radiator dimensions for my car (1981 Trans Am), and comparing it to the various radiators on later Chevy cars and trucks. I think the best cheap and light weight radiator was from a mini van with a heavy duty tow package. It had an oil cooler and trans cooler in addition to two .75 inch cores. I saw some radiators with two 1.25 inch cores, but those didn't fit my car. The one I got was $109, delivered and warrantied. It has one 1.25" core, and even with just 2/3 of it covered by a fan, keeps my engine at or below 200 degrees.
