Got a question for the ls3 experts on here. I race in a class that requires a sealed stock Ls3 430hp engine. I was told that there might be a 430hp engine that was built with a specific batch # that is better than the others??? I know they offer a 430, 480, 525 as a stock crate engine but unaware of any "special" batch or options that are better in the 430hp crate engine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And I apologise for hijacking a road race forum. Thanks guy's!!!

Can you use factory stock pulls from wrecks, or do you have to use new crate engines?

You can but they must be inspected and tagged.
