Nope, it doesn't care. If your motor is healthy then the emissions coming out of both side will be the same anyway. You can't adjust fuel in the tune bank to bank anyway.

I ran that turbo on the cam only stock long block 5.3 in my c10 for a long time. It reliably made 545 to the tire in it and spool was very quick. It was a fun truck to drive for sure!

FWIW, I ran a s366 on the 5.3 in my c10 and it was the funnest turbo setup I've ever had. Very fast spool, made 565hp with it and OMG, it sounds AMAZING!! LOL.
